  • We represent individuals through the naturalization process to become U.S. citizens, as well as representation in connection with automatic and derivative citizenship claims.

  • Lawful Permanent Residents who have maintained such status for the requisite amount of time may qualify to become U.S. Citizens through the Naturalization process. Certain Permanent Residents who are married to U.S. Citizens, living overseas based on a foreign assignment with an American-owned company may qualify for expedited naturalization. In addition, certain Permanent Residents are also able to qualify for an exemption of continuous residence and physical presence requirements for naturalization.

  • Children born overseas to at least one U.S. Citizen parent and children holding Lawful Permanent Residence when at least one parent becomes a U.S. Citizen may automatically acquire or derive citizenship themselves as a matter of law.

  • VAWA, U & T Visas, DACA, Parole in Place, the Family Unity Program and Humanitarian Parole

Meet Toki Olowo Oduneye

Ms. Toki Olowo Oduneye is the founder and Principal Attorney at Oduneye Law Firm, PLLC. She has over 13 years of experience in Immigration and Nationality Law.

Ms. Oduneye is a great advocate for immigrants as they are the lifeblood of America. Driven by her own personal experience coming from a family of immigrants, she pursued a career in immigration law to give a voice to the voiceless.

Ms. Oduneye received her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dedman School of Law, Dallas, Texas. She also received a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

Prior to founding Odeneye Law Firm, PLLC, she worked at various law firms, where her main focus was filing immigration applications and petitions and representing clients, at the Department of State, Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security and various agencies with immigration oversight.

She represents clients in all aspects of U.S. immigration law including family-based and employment-based matters.
